Refund requests: support@Gymtedd.com We want you to feel confident investing in your fitness. This Refund Policy sets out when and how refunds are issued for Gymtedd paid subscriptions.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid Gymtedd plans (Fit Pro and Fit Elite) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment for that subscription period.
- The 30-day window is measured from the date of the initial charge, not from the date of account registration.
- The guarantee applies once per account lifetime. If you cancel, receive a refund, and re-subscribe, the guarantee does not apply again.
- After the 30-day window, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@Gymtedd.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address and the approximate date of payment.
- We do not require a reason, but feedback helps us improve.
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process the refund within 5–10 business days.
3. Refund Method
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method (Paystack card or PayPro Global account).
- Bank transfer processing times vary by institution — typically 3–7 business days after we initiate the refund.
- We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
4. After a Refund
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier immediately upon refund approval.
- Any AI quotas consumed during the paid period are not reversed.
- Your workout history, progress data, and account remain intact — you keep your data.
5. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud, policy violations).
- Second or subsequent refund requests on the same account.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — these are governed by the respective platform's refund policies. Contact Apple or Google directly.
6. App Store Purchases
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payments and refunds are managed by Apple and Google respectively. DOT does not have access to modify or process these transactions.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is resolved in our favour, reinstatement fees may apply.
8. Changes to This Policy
DOT reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes will not affect refund requests submitted before the change takes effect. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days in advance.
